Ray and Elaine Chenoweth LP purchased 2.2 acres at the northeast corner of Cameron Street and West Diablo Drive in Las Vegas. Csaba Meiszburger with Csaba Properties LLC sold the land for $3.3 million or $1.5 million per acre.
