Over 2000 Home Up For Auction Starting This Weekend!
A recent report released by Countrywide Homes, stated that there would be more then 2000 homes up for auction between January 26th and February 24th, which have been foreclosed.
Lenders are in a position to liquidate, as the rise in foreclosure does not seem to be slowing down. Rumors been floating around that foreclosures are expected to continue to climb and home values are to decrease another 15% based on a report released by Merrill Lynch. This trend is expected to continue in 2009.
